Cebit: Display Technology for IT Expo
Cebit is one of the world's leading technology expos. We joined forces with their team to provide social media display technology that encouraged interaction at the events. Our multichannel strategy helped to engage attendees before, during and after the conference, helping Cebit to grow their online reach.
Our work with Cebit is a great example of how seamlessly social media can be integrated into traditionally offline activities, such as events, conferences and experiential campaigns. Amway: Full Service Facebook Management
Hello Social is trusted as the voice of multinational brand Amway on social media. Our team took on the task of developing, and implementing a strategy for Facebook. We focussed on expanding their audience and increasing engagement on the page, tieing our campaigns in with marketing initiatives on other channels.
We wanted our content to pack a big punch, but without overstepping boundaries that would put us at odds with Amway’s core values. Through leveraging celebrity endorsement campaigns, and taking a good humoured, yet professional approach to communications, we were able to deliver great results.
The Star: Interactive Tech for “Roll-on-Thursdays”
The Star is Sydney’s finest casino and entertainment venue. Hello Social joined forces with the Development Factory to custom build and run “on-the-floor” social media technology. Following the technical build, we followed up with an awareness campaign, which increased the audience by 64%. In addition to a larger audience, we successfully improved customer satisfaction, registering a huge improvement in sentiment following the regular event.
Evian: Integrated PR & Experiential Campaign
International bottled water brand Evian approached the Hello Social team for a targeted social media campaign to recruit participants for an experiential campaign. Social media was the entry method for the competition, so we set up the technical infrastructure and launched the promotional campaign.
Following the competition announcement, we recruited hundreds of volunteers through online promotion, encouraging social sharing to maximise reach. The #EvianBackyard campaign was successfully run, with entries coming through both Facebook and Instagram.
Cancer Council: Australia’s first Donation Facebook App
The Cancer Council are an inspirational charity, dedicated to funding research into the treatment of a variety of cancers. Hello Social together with the Development Factory teamed up to build Australia’s first Facebook application that accepts donations. We developed an intuitive app, with which users could make a contribution with just a few clicks.
The application continues to generate thousands of dollars of donations every week, and has made it possible for the Cancer Council to monetise their social media traffic, in order to continue funding work that changes lives.
Sydney Kings: Campaign & Content Creation
Although Hello Social works with brands from around the world, we’re Sydney locals at heart. When we got approached by the Sydney Kings basketball team, we were excited to support our team, and it was a good excuse to catch a few games!
We have helped to develop the Sydney Kings’ fan base on social media, by creating new sharable content and targeted campaigns, to expand their reach, and engage existing fans.
WesTrac: Facebook/Linkedin Marketing
WesTrac are one of the world’s largest authorised Caterpillar dealers. Needless to say, this is not your standard FMCG, so Hello Social needed to take an approach befitting of the campaign goals.
Our strategy took a focus on developing a business-to-business side to social media marketing, through both Linkedin and Facebook marketing. The goal was to lay the foundations of relationships, which could culminate in sales.
Following launch, in just the fourth month of the campaign, we converted a $50,000 contract, which paid for an entire year of social media marketing budget in a single sale.
